There is no urgency here. You can hear the pathologist going slowly with each patient from the waiting room. Customer service is more than taking 15-20 minutes per customer. You also need to be able to push people through. Two staff on this morning and only 2 blood tests taken since opening 30 mins ago. It's beyond a joke. Now they can't find something so are both searching for something they need for a blood sugar test when someone had booked in - that shouldn't happen. Everything should be ready to go. I will go elsewhere in future - like QML.

Have only been here once and was very impressed with the staff. I had a blood test which was better than previous ones I've had, however, I did pass out. Thankfully the nurses kept me around and made sure I felt better.
