Completely terrible. I had attended this practice before I changed over to better life, today Bette Rolf head no appointments and I was in need of medical attention, I booked in here and was told that seeing as though my notes had been transferred to better life that they are refusing to see me today! What practice refuses anpatient with a medical need! I wanted to see sosmone I trusted and knew already seeing as though the practice I usually go to closer to me was busy. This is completely unprofessional. The receptionist a small bitter old brunette lady was completely rude and embarrassing to me in front of everyone in the waiting room. I felt like a criminal. Never again! Not even worth your time.

Not happy with the Doctor I have gotten twice. They are rude and would not listen to what I had to say. They gave me tests I told them I can't take and have never had before. He laughed and told me too bad. Waste of my time because I will be booking into another doctors for the same reason.
