I had the best experience at deception bay so I have no idea to previous review. Maybe the problem was you. I think that lady is very kind and a good asset to the company. I have been there 4 times over the last year and she is gentle and caring.
The lady that works there in the mornings is absolutely terrible. She does not want to be there. I have seen her multiple times scare away consumers and speak down to them. Also the blame game with her is un-real! Twice I have been there now and never again! And twice I have seen the way she speaks to EVERY SINGLE CONSUMER. I will be contacting QML head office this time as last time I swept it under the rug! Maybe I shall even record her!! She needs to watch herself and take a long hard look in the mirror.
Sorry I didn't get her name but I think she's the only one here. She has an outstanding service, very experienced, really understanding in her patients feelings, very humble, very lovely. Glad I came here Thank you heaps.
I would like to say that I have been to the Deception Bay Road clinic several times and found the lady whom takes my blood always very courteous, helpful , never hurts me nor do I receive a bruise ... The lady’s manner is outstanding because I am usually a tad nervous but this lady is always reassuring when doing the procedure.
Have no idea what the other review is about, I've had multiple good experiences. Very nice staff and quality service.
