My experience with the Medical clinic was a waste of time! I felt it was a pointless. The Doctor didn’t give me anything to help with my cold! No anti biotic to help me. Got home and throw up! All l was given was an inhaler! Won’t be coming back. I had no other option, but come here! What a mistake! Better services at Hungry Jacks. The Staff actually said ‘ was my appointment for me Father, omg! In the disclosure form it actually asks ‘ what related information about you family’s medical history! Which l filled in. How do you relate this to my appointment?. Disturbing, when I made the appointment For myself! Given information to the Doctor, wasn’t acknowledged, lack of care attitude. Reception, l sure they’re not doing anything except chatting! My advice, Go somewhere else, to seek Medical advice.

I visit this Medical Centre at least once a week. The staff at reception are always friendly, and professional. The staff often go out of their way for me, and with a smile. My Doctor provides excellent care, and is quite learned and up to date with the latest treatments.

Im a very punctual person and am always ten minutes early for everything. The 1st appointment i had at this practice i was ten mins early and waited for 55 minutes before seeing the doctor. 2nd appointment i had i decided to come in right on time. Waited for 1 and a quater hours before seeing the doctor.  Both times i was 5 minutes and had to organise more stuff with reception. So on my third appointment i arrived 15 mins late and was given attitude from the receptionists who by the way has never been very friendly or helpful. I hate this place.

I came into smartclinics to have a small procedure done, By Dr Balakrishnan. I was feeling very anxious, the lovely receptionists could tell and made sure I was well looked after. I was looked after during my procedure by the amazing nurse, and the awesome practice Manager who knew I was feeling anxious made sure to check up on me. Thank-you to all the lovely people at Smartclinics for looking after me!

All Dr's are just AMAZING.. Listen to your every word, considerate, extremely helpful.. have to ADD. "BRILLIANT!!"..   All front end staff are just fabulous. Polite, considerate and extremely friendly. Love this surgery.  Highly recommend..  Xxx &lt;3

I normally dont write reviews as too busy to do so. I am giving 1 star as there is no option for 0 start. Terrible customer service. Receptionists are just terrible. Keep chatting. I checked in 12:38 for 12:40 appointment. There is no patient in practice. Receptionist Bridget is telling me there are 4 patients ahaed of me so has to wait. I asked where they are and she says have gone for wander. If there are no patients sitting and waiting why would you make me wait for patients to come back and not put me ahead? Current time is 12:55 and no patients have arrived. I am leaving frustrated from here and never coming back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This has happend to me 2 times at this place now.

Good morning just wanted to leave some feedback about the lovely Sonya. She has remained her usual happy self in the doctor shortage at the clinic. She has been patient and helpful the whole time

I was black listed ftom this surgery because I complained to the Area Manager about unprofessional  Reception. Dr Brookes weighed in and took a very unprofessional  approach. Im so glad to  learn that other patients have similar experiences. The things people do to stay in this Country.

I highly recommend This clinic! The receptionists, Sonja and Wendy,  always greet you with a smile and seem to be very efficient.  Their hours are extremely convenient and I’ve never had to sit for long in the waiting room for my appointment.

I always have a good experience here. All the staff know myself and my family. Reception are friendly and I've only had one bad experience with 1 dr who is no longer there. Great practice
