Reception staff were so friendly and quick. Jo who did the ultrasound was awesome and made the experience a good one. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommend Qscan at Nerang
Radiologist was professional and efficient whilst maintaining a warm bedside manner, and the admin staff were friendly and nice. Parking is easy and the clinic was running on time.
Was going to go somewhere else after reading all the reviews but my experience here was good. Receptionist was friendly. Paperwork was done quick. Only had to wait about 15 mins for a walk in x-ray. Guy who did my x-ray was also friendly
Staff are rude and abrupt. Both reception and radiographer staff treat patients with contempt. This was my second visit today hoping customer service may have improved from my first visit. Unfortunately, it has not. In particular, a mother not me with three young children was treated so rudely today in the waiting room by the clinician “you’re not bringing them ALL in, are you?!”. Yes, she is, because she is their mother, and reception staff are unauthorised to babysit. The poor mother looked mortified. The receptionist who booked me in walk-in appointment was so dismissive, and the radiographer who performed the x-ray was very abrupt and rude. I give 2 stars because at least they actually do what is required, and the wait times aren’t bad. However, if I had a more complicated procedure that needed to be done or if you have kids, apparently, I would NOT go here!
staff are useless and rude. they rebooked my app for the wrong time. made me come in twice in the one day. both times toold to arrive 15min early even though i had already done the paperwork. i asked if the tech was running late. and was rudely told the receptionist couldnt tell me atm as she was busy and would let me know. then moved on to talk about how her pay went in her bank ok to the other receptionist. terrible time management. then a lady had an appointment while i was waiting and they booked that appointment in wrong aswell. absolutely terrible. poorly trained and bad customer service. and its not that i dont understand. i am in the same job role. will never go back.
Booking a press 1 for this 2 for that pain, but the Nerang clinic has lifted their game since the negative reviews; they were quick and efficient, and remarkably their paperwork was pre-filled and required only a signature.
We were welcome nicely by a friendly lady called Samantha. She gave us an appointment very qickly. She was very understandable.
Don’t waste your time at this place staff spent most of their time gossiping kept all patients waiting and then the radiologist told me that I was being rude when she asked me what was I there for I told her an x ray but I don’t know the details as it’s a general x ray and isn’t it on the formi told her that she had an attitude and she refused to x ray me what a useless person and practice
Disgraceful way to treat a patient! My injury is now worst then originally. Stuffed around 3clinics and 7hrs later and still no ultrasound.
Lovely staff in my experience, receptionist was nice and my ultrasound nurse was very lovely and thorough.
