Fantastic doctors and nurses, friendly and helpful receptionist. Been coming here for a long time. Very handy as they are open 7 days a week, and even bulk bill in the weekend. Can still get an appointment on busy days, just a little bit of a wait.

Absolutely useless. I had a blood test completed in November - I called consistently for 3 months to find out if they had received the results and all I got told was that they would follow up but I was never contacted once.

Finally after trying one last time the receptionist told me the blood test results were in and to schedule an appointment to discuss it with my doctor. After taking a morning off work to make the appointment I waited for over 35 minutes past the scheduled appointment time to be seen by a completely different doctor who had no idea what test I was talking about. 

The doctor struggled to understand anything I was saying regarding my health concerns and provided advice such as “Eat less eggs per week” in response to why I was feeling unwell. It’s 2018 and this practice blatantly has GP’s employed which are not up to scratch! 

Avoid at all costs. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have been going to this practice for a year now. The staff are very professional and helpful.This practice is very flexible and open 7 days a week. The doctors and nurses are reliable. I take my baby for his immunisation because they have two nurses at the same time. Very happy with the team.

I have been a patient of this practice for a long time. I cant thank them enough for amazing service. they are amazingly friendly and professional. they always there for us 7 days a week. I strongly recommend them to all my family and friends.

I  just moved to Nerang. I have heard very good reviews for Drs @ Nerang Mall form my neighbours. Visited there for my   11 months old . Very lovely staff. Dr. was lovely. Very satisfied with the service.
