Great family practice. Doctors are wonderful and the receptionist Rhonda is caring and helpful.
Rhonda is a kind hearted person. She is always helpful and friendly towards myself and my family. We have been coming to this practice for years and have never once had any problems with either the receptionist or the wonderful doctors. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a regular doctor.

I take my family here and have been for the last 4 years, the doctors are excellent and as for Rhonda! The lady is FANTASTIC, she is extreamly nice and has helped out my family alot and goes out of her way to do so, the way I see it if your rude and start raising your vioce at her of course she isn't going to take.
Lovely receptionist. She knows us on a first name basis and is always kind and helping. Dr Singh is the best with my newborn. Needles are quick and effortless. My newborn enters with a smile and leaves with one too! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my little one.
Dr Kauer is an exceptionally thorough, VERY caring Lady Doctor. I am so glad she is my Doctor. I rate her as the best I have been to since being a patient of Dr Michael Glover, Head of Beaudesert Hospital for a great many years & later in Kyogle. Every visit, I find the Singh Medical Centre to be a uniquely special & truly wonderful family practice. Receptionist / Personal Assistant, Rhonda contributes in a big way to providing such a family friendly atmosphere as one enters their doors. I can not speak highly enough of the treatment I have received since presenting myself to Dr Kauer for her expert medical guidance. I will continue to recommend wherever & whenever possible. Thank you, Dr Kauer & you too, Rhonda.
My Partner had a revolting experience with the Front Desk at this Clinic, Was extremely rude and condescending after she spent all night it pain and just needed some help Thats why you go to a Doctor . The Woman mentioned below in a another review was aggressive and very unprofessional. As per Reply from Owner : Obviously you would not have me in your system as I stated it was my partner... and she did not attend your practice due to the appalling service she got while trying to book an appointment nor will she ever attend. Rather than try and discredit the Review you'd be better to Provide a professional and caring experience to your customers, its actually quite pathetic from someone in the health industry.
New to the area, I decided to see the female doctor here. I have now seen her a few times and she is by far the best doctor i have ever come across! She goes the extra mile to make sure i fully understand everything & asks if i have any further questions. I never feel like just a "number" with her. Thank you :
Had a very stress free consultation. Was able to get an appointment on the day, no waiting to get to see doctor. Receptionist was very friendly.
Do not recommend at all was very rude to me and my child was disgraceful on how they acted and treated me with my child cause she was crying to much in there eyes
