Make sure you have 2 hours available for a wait time. Each session is 30 minutes long. Yet he books in 15 minute intervals. Had to walk out An find a new GP. Otherwise he is an amazing GP. It's a shame his admin doesn't communicate these things.

I have been seeing Nell Bartels for over 25 years,yes be prepared to wait,but ring in advance re your appointment time,the reason why hes late is he  doesn't push you out the door,he listens and cares.I still drive 40 minutes to see him.

The best GP I have been too. Listens and takes his time to help you with all your issues. Extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.

Dr Bartels is the most caring and sincere doctor I have ever come across. I trust his judgement and can never thank him enough for his knowledge and support. Just amazing
