Trying to make an appointment with this surgery, the receptionist was not helpful at all. Finally get one and after 40 min wait, saw the Dr who told me everything i didn't need to know about. I only needed a new script for contraceptive pill i have been on for years. I called after hours who gave me a new script. I wouldn't waste my time again with this surgery. Staff need attitude adjustment.
Editing my Review as Dr Clift is not longer at this practice. Also this practice is closed. _________________________________________________________ Dr Clift is awesome. The only one to bother finding out that my Thyroid wasn't working and did numerous free blood tests and US to check everything else out. Waiting times can get blown out but so can it at any medical centre.
Dr Clift - You are awesome! THANK YOU so much for taking me seriously and for helping me solving my health issues which have mainly to do with quality of life rather than life threatening issues but affecting very much my activities I so much love. You are a truly gifted Doctor. I knew that it could have been solved years ago. But unfortunately after several attempts at different Doctors, I have not found a one that was interested enough. My quality of life could have been so much better so much earlier... However, finally I'm on the right track with your support and I also got confirmed that it's not 'just in my head'. Thank you again... WAITING TIMES: People get a life! What is 1 or 2 hours waiting time??!! Be happy that we are actually able to visit a Doctor. The majority of people do not have that luxury and yes I know it's not perfect - but nothing is? Or are you perfect? FRIENDLINESS: The Ladies and nurses at and around the reception are friendly professionals and help as much as they can. I watched a few patience how they actually treated them... disgusting! E.g. talking on the Mobile to someone else while the Receptionist-Lady tried to figure out what he wanted..!!!??? Really...??!!! I say behave like a human/patience and you will be treated like a human/patience. To start with everyone could have a shower BEFORE going to the doctors. Nicer to sit next to you in such a small waiting area.. also washing your hands and mouths after having a smoke would be greatly appreciated - and I'm sure the Ladies there would too... So thank you : DOCTORS ARE NOT MAGICIANS OR COMPUTER IT-GUYS as little as most Plumbers can fix your Car or can do your Accounts. You have to ask yourself a question: "Do you want a Doctor that knows what he is doing in regards to your body/health or do you want him to be perfect using 10 fingers on his keyboard? They have also no Crystal ball... meaning you are responsible for your body and at the end of it it most likely comes down to TEAMWORK to achieve the best outcome possible!
Staff is friendly. Dr Clift is my favourite doctor to see, he ALWAYS gives the right medication that is needed. Booking an appointment is ideal to save you from waitiing
Over an hour waiting time for an appointment, then the very old doctor took another hour to write a referral with sick people waiting, then she was unable to write a prescription as she is on a restricted medical licence, why have a doctor that can't spell, can't write, can't do prescriptions, can hardly walk wasting our time, get rid of her and get someone that can do the job properly.
Dr Lola Power really knows her Women's Health. I recommend her.
Its been 50 minutes and I am still wating. Go find another place doctors unless your willing to waste so much time And its net even busy
Very good doctors, who keep up to date with information.
