I see Dr Iosef and he has been fantastic for me and my 3 children. Between the 4 of us we are down there regularly enough that the receptionists and nurses know our names (as does he) and he's always great, chatting to whichever kids I have with me at the time, clearly explaining what is happening and why and only prescribing medicine if needed. I have been seeing him since Dr Leventhorpe left (who was also great) and will continue to do so.

Dr Shamim Siddiqui was extremely rude to me. I have never had such an awful experience with a general practitioner. She actually tried to start an argument with me and was raising her voice. I didn't do or say anything to provoke that kind of reaction - maybe she was just having a bad day. Nevertheless, she was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

Drs here are incredibly rude as is one receptionist (I won't name names) but working in a medical facility she needs to learn to have some compassion and to not be judgemental or talk about people's circumstances with other staff without actually knowing their story.

In all of my experiences in doctor surgeries in Australia - Visiting Dr. Shamim today was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
She was rude and judgemental - pausing mid consultation to take a personnel call on her mobile and argue is another language with whoever was on the other line.
She showed no empathy towards the situation I was in & when I told her the medication she prescribed wasn't working she was dismissive and prescribed me the exact same thing.
My partner was with me during the consultation and upon leaving said to me - that's the worst doctor I've ever experienced.
I personally will never return & I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this "mispractice" to reconsider.

Best medical centre in years! Been at one nearby for so long and was getting to scared to go back. Went to see Dr Leventhorpe as suggest from a friend he was GREAT. Made me laugh from the beginning but was still extremely professional. Nurses were great and knew what they were doing, and the receptionists were lovely would definitely return.
