I walked into the shop browsing, I met a young man named Daniel who ended up being the store manager, he was fantastic in approaching myself and my girlfriend, he helped us with all our inquiries and ran around the shop finding the products we were requesting. He was very polite, approachable and informative. We bought several products after his recommendation and six months later we are very happy with our purchases. I will return to this store and continue to purchase puma products.

Highly, highly, EXTREMELY disgusted with the staff members at this store. They are very unfriendly. I have been here about 3x and all 3x I experienced the same attitude from all of them. One main one in particular is DANIEL. A very arrogant and ruthless staff member. He doesn't talk to customers in the right manner- I could care less of his position. I went in to try shoes to get my size right and he kept looking at the current shoes I was wearing as if he was judging them. Another time I went in and when he saw I wasn't going to buy anything- his attitude changed (became worse). When I thanked him for his service (me just being polite as always), he completely snubbed me. I will never be returning in here ever again.
