Just wanted owners of this store to know what a wonderful experience i had with one if your manager's last week. Her name escapes me just at the moment but she was in charge of the Emporium store Thursday night and was then in the D.F.O southwharf on Friday. What a wonderful, helpful, courteous,friendly , person who went out of her way to help me over the phone with a Colombia Coat. If all your staff are this well trained i will shop there all the time, and would not hesitated to recommend friends. Thank you very much, coat arrived today and is PERFECT. REGARDS JULIE COFFEY

Appalling customer service! Short dark haired lady named Emily was rude and simply appalling in her behaviour when I asked if I could pay for a purchase when no one was attending the register. Not a pleasant experience at all

Great service and selection of Columbia Clothing and Footwear. I'm glad there's finally a place to buy Inov-8 in Melbourne, i've been looking everywhere to try some on.
