I have never written a review for a shoe store but the service from Lumbii was exceptional! She was extremely helpful and provided the warmest service, she so deserves a pay raise! Happily walked out with my first pair of New Balance and her sweet gestures really made my day :

Walked in on Friday afternoon to try and buy a pair of shoes. I walked around the store many times and no one approached me. I continued to pick up the shoes many times while a girl just stood at the register not wanting to help. I ended up walking out and going to Platypus to buy them. I walked past at least 3 staff members while in the store and received no acknowledgment. A simple “hello, how are you today?” Is all that is required.

10/10 Experience! Great customer service from Lumbii and Hannah - they were both really patient, kind and made the shopping experience fun. Will definitely be coming back :

As one of the few New Balance stores in Melbourne it's a big disappointment. Never seem to have the right sizes or what's on the website. If you're going to do a flagship type store go all out and do it properly.

Store may be good customer service but don’t EVER order online. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO COMMUNICATION HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES TO SEE WHERE MY ORDER WAS ONLY TO BE TOLD ON 3Rd CALL AFTER 3 WEEKS THAT IT WAS CANCELLED!!!

Shocking customer service. Really uninterested staff that blatantly ignore customers. Just 3 of them gossiping behind the counter. Wouldn't buy anything from this lot. Shame because new balance is a great brand. Can't believe some one is paying this lot to stand around chatting

When the staff finished conversing amongst themselves for 5 or so minutes, they then decide to see to a customer.  And then during serving a customer, employee/s were more than happy to stroll off and chat more while they were 'finding the correct size fittings for shoes'

Customer service was 10/10 thanks to Hannah's friendliness and patience! The 3D foot scan was really accurate! Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The manager Julie was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the right running shoes. The 3d scanner for foot sizing is cool
