I am an ex employee and Lululemon Emporium's standard has dropped tremendously. The staff working there are seen talking among themselves at the presence of customers and there was this particular staff wearing a denim jacket (was it even lululemon?!) gossiping about other staff infront of customers so loudly. Seriously.... where has all the good staff of lululemon gone to? key leaders.... do something! where has all the plain jane/girl next door atheletics gone to?

Clothing is great, well designed stylish and practical. I particularly like that most of the clothes have enough stretch so they're adaptable to most activities. The staff are also super friendly and are genuinely interested in helping customers find the right apparel for them.

Good quality clothes no doubt. Service is however patchy. Went there today in the evening and a bunch of assistants weren’t very helpful and rather rude when I asked questions. Shouting to each other in such an uncivilized manner.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff ('educators'), pleasant, gently-lit store, always smells nice, well laid-out. And the clothes are beautiful (although expensive). My favourite place to shop (or just browse) for activewear and athleisure.
