Visited the store occasionally in January this year during my last day trip in Melbourne. Pretty surprised how completed the shop is in term of the selection of products and the price is also fairly reasonable. Bought 3 tennis shirts eventually as I thought I might not be able to find the same products again easily as I couldn't find it at Nike Melbourne Central either. Had a very very good experience at Nike Emporium, the staffs are friendly and always put a smile on their faces and providing excellent customer service while also showing great teamwork on helping each other when the store was crowded, and need to specially thank to Nell, the staff who helped me to get the shirts I wanted. Will definitely visit Nike Emporium again when I visit Melbourne another time!
Great customer service. Sabah helped out with sizing and when did not have the stock rang another store and got it transferred for me. Very helpful!

Visited the store today after a terrible experience at a rival store. I was in need a running shoe. Within seconds I was greeted by a lady names Sabah who helped me find the right pair without rushing me. Looks like I have found my new store for shoes! Thank you so much.
