Gave them 3 stars because of nice different ranges of shoes they have. Two of the staff were excellent and attentive. On the day i went to buy another staff (black guy with curly hair) was rude just too lazy to help, he was bit busy with his phone so thats why i am rating this store 3 stars.

Wish I read the reviews here before I ordered. I had no idea everything comes from the UK. Delivery at time of purchase suggested 4-10 days... that has already blown out by another week. Have asked for a refund, so we’ll see how that goes down - totally rediclous. People order online to make their life EASIER, not harder. I can make my own Yoga Mat by melting down dental floss in the time it takes this company to deliver anything!!

It has been 13 business days now and I still have not received my order from JD sports. 6 emails have been sent to them but they keep on giving me incorrect tracking numbers for 3 different delivery service !!! Have not asked for a refund yet, still waiting on my package. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

Don’t buy gift vouchers here! If you voucher is $100 and you spend $95 they won’t give you $5 change! What a joke. Store knowledge of product very poor. No sizes in store XL or XXL. Price of shoes so expensive. So much better value elsewhere
