Our Perth holiday villa is ideally located on the Sunset Coast of Perth, Western Australia and offers luxurious holiday accommodation with breathtaking ocean views from your rooms and balcony over the Indian Ocean.

View the ocean from your breakfast table or engage in water activities such as surfing, swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving, boat excursions and whale watching (in season). A short drive away you’ll find a variety of beachside restaurants and cafés, weekend markets, shopping centre, bars and nightclubs. Within 5 minutes drive, you can play a round of golf, or go to Hillary's Boat Harbour and take a ferry trip to Rottenest Island, with its sparkling white sand beaches and famous quokkas. Also at Hillary's Boat Harbour is AQWA, the Aquarium of Western Australia. The historic port city of Fremantle or the Perth City, Kings Park and the Burswood Casino are a short 30 minute drive away.
