Never tried and bed and breakfast before but stayed here on my last Perth visit and can definitely recommend this one.

Friendly owners, stunning room and good breakfast. BUT waited an hour outside, check in was at 2 but only got helped at 3 and could not get hold of anybody to help me for an entire hour outside. That destroyed the stay. Would have been 5 stars if not for that.
