Very neat and clean with good views and facilities. Well connected to Perth CBD via all modes of transport. Great value for money. No lifts... hey but that gives you an inevitable opportunity for a good work out!

Very convenient for short stay and reasonably priced compared with other apartments and hotels in the city. Good for a quite getaway. Installation of WiFi could make it even more competitive

Great location for accessing the city for a reasonable price. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well provisioned. Though other guests were quiet, a fair amount of noise travelled through the walls nonetheless.

Malibu apartments is in a great location and only five minutes into the Perth city by bus and walking to Oxford street by 15 minutes there's so many cafe's and restaurants to choose from and a IGA foodland love the location will go back again for sure!!!
