I love working out at Personal Best. The trainers give you plenty of individual attention during the small group classes and my personal trainer is just awesome. I'm now stronger, fitter and - bonus - more toned. 100% recommend.

I started going to Personal Best (Toowong) since the beginning of the year and am absolutely loving it. In the past I have struggled to stay motivated and committed to working out, but with the great variety of classes and the flexibility of timing that they offer, it is much easier to fit it into my schedule. The staff are lovely and friendly, incredibly helpful and professional. Would 100% recommend it!

Have been going to Personal Best for about 18 months now, one day a week with my personal trainer Kate. It has really kept me motivated and helped me to achieve all of my goals. The staff are very professional and a pleasure to train with. I couldn't have done it without them. Easy parking, great location, great prices. Highly recommend them!

I have been attending the Personal Best Boot Camp at ANZAC Park Toowong for over a year now. Love the people and trainers - they work you hard but are very good at taking into account any existing injuries and have worked with me to improve my posture, core strength and general fitness. The group atmosphere is heaps of fun, but still small enough to be personalised - surprising considering the great prices!
