Been doing Pilates here for a few months now and definitely noticed both a positive physical and mental difference : The instructors are all very knowledgeable and kind. The environment is very non judgmental and having the workout on the screen allows you to really get the most of each workout. I strongly recommend for anyone who wants to change up their workout routine or is new to exercising!
I have been going to Pilates classes at Studio Pilates Toowong for about 1 month now and am loving it! I already feel stronger and more flexible! All the teachers have been so supportive and helpful!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to increase their fitness!!
Enjoyed the classes at Studios Pilates Internal Toowong a lot! The instructors are super nice and tends to my needs. They provide different levels of movement for the same exercise for those who are more advanced.
I love the clean spacious workout room, and Pilates routine that concentrates on toning different parts of your body each session. Because it changes every session, it does not feel repetitive and gives me an element of surprise every time. And the routines work as I can feel the change in my body. Initially I was only going to try out a few times but I ended up continuing with the classes.
My experience in Pilates Studio Toowong fulfill my expectations. The teachers are so well trained and they guide you and take care of you. The Studio in Toowong is so beautiful, comfy and very clean. I am so happy.

I can't recommend Studio Pilates Toowong enough! All the staff have been really helpful when I do my sessions there. It has helped me fall in love again with working out!
I really like the setup at Studio Pilates. All classes use the reformer machines. You workout by following a video tutorial while the instructor assists in the room. No class is the same and the instructors are all great!
