Super friendly staff and environment, and the location is easy to get to and from. F45 Toowong makes it easy to get in regular workouts.
Decided to sign up back to F45 at the end of last year and haven’t looked back. F45 Toowong has such a great energy, both trainers and members. I feel stronger not only physically but mentally. I’m pushing myself to new boundaries and it’s all because of the team at F45 Toowong! Highly recommend you trial to see what all the fuss is about!
I love training at F45 Toowong. The staff are amazing and are always encouraging. Once you start at F45, you’ll never go to another gym. The workouts are always varied and you don’t have to think, you just turn up and work out. F45 is addictive and perfect if you’re time poor as you train for 45mins and leave knowing that you’ve completed a challenging workout. Give it a go, it’ll change your life for the better.
I love training at F45 Toowong. The workouts are different everyday single taking the thinking process out for me. The Toowong trainers are always encouraging & checking on my form to ensure I get the best workout. The group training atmosphere along with all the above make for a unique training experience.
The F45 Toowong instructors and community are super supportive keeping me on track towards my fit goals. The team make working out fun and is the first workout program that I have been able to stick with. I think the F45 Toowong difference is that we are a small community which allows the members to get to know everyone :
Community is 10/10. Trainers are very happy to be there which makes you happy to be there, plus they do a great job of checking in with you during session. :
