I've been having a really good time at Bodytrack, about one year and half so far. I'm really happy with my progress in agility, strength and core stability. Thank you for the very personalized, thoughtfully designed and carefully conducted programs, especially thanks Elisha, thanks for your service that helps me to play my favorite tennis, to prevent injuries, and to be aware of the body movement. Bodytrack team are really friendly and work closely with you to achieve your goals. Having just moved to Sylvan Rd, their new place is impressive with loads more space and better facilities.

I have been a client of Bodytrack for over 5 years. The staff are always friendly, professional and cater to each individual's needs. With our weekly sessions, one is never the same, the Bodytrack team mix it up and always incorporate new exercises and training methods. Highly recommend paying the team a visit!

It's a really good work out! The trainers are very friendly and encouraging as well as perceptive, making sure you're doing the work out moves right.

The guys at Bodytrack are great exercise physiologists. I have consulted them for my neck injury and have received valuable advice and exercises to getting better from the injury. They treat each customer very seriously and pay a lot of attention to achieve their personal health goals. I also enjoy going to their group training sessions every week. They are always fun and challenging.
