I went to Stepz 24/7 Toowong to sign up. Peter greeted me and ran through membership options. Peter didn't push me to sign up. Instead he offered me a 3 day trial free of charge. Very refreshing given that other gyms I have visited seemed to just push for the hard sell but Peter didn't. He was generally interested in what I want to achieve physically. I have since joined with Stepz on a non lock in contract. The manager Dan has been such a great help with showing me how to use equipment and even wrote up a personalised work out plan for me to work with. The gym is always quiet, the equipment is great and I can park my car for free at anytime day or night. Am already achieving great results. Thank you guys!

Has everything I need for my workout regime in a clean and quiet environment. Free parking is awesome especially in Toowong! The manager is full of knowledge in all aspects of fitness and health. Great non intimidating evironment as well.

Fabulous, clean, tidy and compact gym with some good quality gym equipment.  New management are friendly but let you do your own thing.

I used this as my main gym due to it being 24hrs and one of the cheapest priced gyms in Toowong. It has all the equipment required for a decent workout treadmills, rowers, cross trainers, free weights, squat rack etc. It's not the biggest gym, but it is never too busy and has ample room to perform a decent workout.

This review has nothing to do with my work experience at this gym and more so how I was treated when I noticed that I was getting payment notifications from Facebook saying my card was “being processed” to sponsor your adds. The fact that I was accused of trying to commit fraud, when all I simply asked was that someone check and make sure that my bank details were not being used.  I also don’t appreciate the harassment, asking me to take down a review that falls inline with my past and now present experience with this gym, very unethical. I’ll pass on stopping by the gym as clearly much hasn’t changed in regards to how you deal with unhappy customers.

I've been a member of various gyms for over 30 years & Stepz Fitness Toowong is by far the best!  The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the equipment is clean and well maintained and the other members are always courteous and respectful. Not to mention Yasmin my PT - she is fantastic!  She puts me to work but also takes into consideration my age and fitness when she sets my programs. I highly recommend the gym and the onsite PT!!
