I dont like gyms in general but really needed to get moving for my health. I am so happy that I found this gym!! I am getting personal training and actually really enjoying it. Eli (one of the owners) is showing me gentle and effective exercises and I wasn't even sore after my first session. I am driving from Riverview, near Ipswich to go to this gym because there is no other place that is as friendly, helpful and relaxed.
