I had a good experience.  It was a Monday morning and so perhaps less busy but I arrived 15 mins early as recommended for my 11am ultrasound and asked if they did OPGs as well because my dentist had just given me a referral I didn't have a booking for that.  They said yes no problem and I was straight in having my OPG done by 10.55am.   I then only had to wait until 11.05am and was having my pre-booked ultrasound.  I was paid up and out the door by 11.20am!  Not bad for two scans.  Staff we efficient and friendly they seem to have all the latest equipment seemed quite a big practice with lots of rooms.  Parking out the front was also convenient.  Would happily go there again.

I am a student at the University of Queensland and I have Overseas student health care OSHC because I don’t have a Medicare. I obtained an imaging request from my school GP Qscan has a partnership with the University of Queensland on 26/07/2022 for MRI imaging due to an ankle injury. I made an appointment while I used the Qscan website to upload my imaging request, but I missed the call back from Qscan Toowong, so I called in person later.  As an international student without Medicare, I am very concerned about whether or not my insurance company pays for imaging service after all, the price is what I get paid for a week's work. Therefore, before I called Qscan Toowong to make an appointment, I asked on the phone what the MBS item no. was for this imaging service I called my Allianz insurance company first and they replied that as long as there was MBS on the Tax Invoice, I could make a claim. After confirming with Allianz Insurance again that 63331 was a claimable medical item no., I called Qscan Toowong again to make an appointment for that Saturday.  Everything went smoothly on the day, the treatment was over within three hours and I paid after the treatment was over. I was found out that the amount was $295, which was within the limit of Allianz Insurance's claim, so I was able to pay. It was only after I got the Tax Invoice that the nightmare began. The Item no. on tax invoice was MMSKANKR, which is not the MBS no. 63331 the number that Qscan staff told me before, but I didn't notice it at all when I trusted the counter staff.  It was only after I filed a claim with Allianz Insurance and it was denied that I knew something was wrong. I tried to contact Qscan Toowong several times and even went to ask in person, but got ridiculous answers. They replied that because it was the GP who issued the imaging request, only the orthopedic specialist's imaging request would have the MBS item no. on the tax invoice. This resulted in no way to proceed with the claim, and $295 is a lot of money for a student. When I contacted Qscan Toowong a couple of weeks ago, the service person who answered the phone told me my medical item no. 63331 even though they had my Imaging request and knew the referring doctor was a GP.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my morning appointment however the staff were very understanding and fitted me in that afternoon. The young lady at reception was very helpful and pleasant and within five minutes the Radiologist called me in, he explained perfectly what to expect during the CT scan and that the results will be with my GP within 24 hours. Great service, no parking problems and great staff.

Keeping my wife and me waiting 45 minutes for a 10.00 am appointment we arrived on time is evidence of a  business which is either totally disorganised or doesn't care at all about their clients' experience. Or both.

This would have to be the worst medical centre I've visited in Brisbane.  The staff clearly hate their jobs ignoring people queueing for 10 minutes or more while they are not serving.anyone.  After waiting 10 minutes the girl tells me I'm queueing in the wrong line and to queue again.  Then after another 10 minutes  that same girl hands me the clipboard to fill out.  Why couldn't she do that when she asked me to re-queue?. Very arrogant and unkind staff.  After the x-ray was taken I sat and sat, eventually going up to the guys at Accounts he's a great employee - keep him and asked if I will get my images today.  He went into the Radiography area and came out with my images and told me "sorry, they were chatting".  Unbelievable.  I thought my experience was bad but then after 2 days, my Doctor had to phone the centre and ask them to email the images, which they were supposed to send straight away!!  Either there is no Practice Manager or they are asleep at the wheel.  If I can find another x-ray centre in Toowong I will be giving them my business in the future.  I'm happy for you to contact me.

I had a flurry of referrals in the past weeks resulting in 2 CT scans and an MRI at Xradiology Toowong. These procedures are never pleasant, but the efficient, professional, matter-of-fact operator made them tolerable, and the reception staff were helpful and charming. This is a first-rate business and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Took 3hrs to get an MRI, as it took this long for my medical implant to be cleared information provided 30min into the visit. Next day the report was not ready by 10am when arriving at my doctor so required a follow up call for the report authorisation to be put on priority.

My family and I have been most impressed with our recent experiences with XRadiology and XPhysiotherapy - what a great group of staff - from the admin to the radiographers and special thanks to radiologists Ben and Michael, physiotherapists Suzi and Will. Love the new location.

The staff were friendly and we didn't have to wait too long however the fact the radiologist missed a brain tumour on the CT that another later picked up from the x radiology images is deeply concerning.

Good reception but the Dexa Physician who took my scans on both occasions was so rude and didnt give me any feedback about my results.
