The location was ideal. The staff were friendly, however, overall the rooms are pokey. If you are ever offered a room with 3 beds, make sure only 2 of you need the room - no space, no drawers or shelves to put anything anywhere. Tap needed maintenance. Looks more like a Guest House than a Motor Inn room.
I travel with work often and this last week i stayed at the Park Motor Inn for the week. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The location is great. I accidently left a bag at the place containing food and my medications that I had just purchased. When I called the evening of the day I checked out I was advised that nothing was handed in. When I called again the morning of the next day I was again advised that nothing was left in the store room and that the staff who were on yesterday could not be contacted and nor did the person know when they would be working again. So that's it. The effort that was made was nil. They looked in the store room and decided that the bag was thrown away. Did they look in the rubbish How much rubbish could there have been for one night?? No. They just want me to accept ... it's been thrown away and too bad so sad. Very disappointed in the lack of effort made in trying to locate especially my medications.
This was a great location to stay in Toowoomba. The lady and gentleman in reception are just lovely and ever so accommodating. The motel is so clean, comfy and central. Great cafes nearby too and beautiful Queens Park across the road. Thanks for everything.
Great customer service. We received a text as soon as our room was ready, hours before check-in. Really appreciated how thoughtful they were.
My partner and I own a small business in Brisbane and needed to do a last minute overnight business trip. Park Motor Inn made it so easy and stressfree. This great value inn was clean, organised and approachable and in a beautiful location. The receptionist was accommodating to our late 9:30 pm arrival and she so thoughtfully put the heater on for us before she left and the room was toasty warm when we arrived, which was fabulous because we were frozen from our long drive. There was tea/ coffee/ milk for us and some biscuits in our room waiting. It's the little things that matter and that's why we gave this place a great rating.
