Joanne and staff are delightful.. this a great regional motel.. restaurant very good.. clean and fresh interiors. . Easy parking.. have stayed here many times never disappointed!

Good service, nice air-conditioned conference room on a very hot day. A little out dated on the outside but modern enough on the inside.

This has to be my go to hotel in Toowoomba, rooms ar well appointed, service great and fabulous location.

Very friendly management, clean rooms, fairly priced. Very tasty breakfast, but, the restaurant closes at 8:30 AM. We were in a "family-room" on two separate stays. Of the two we stayed-in, the family room on the 2nd floor was more quiet, but, smaller than the family room on the 1st floor. The 1st floor family room was unusual -- the queen sized bed was out in the main room, the 2 twin beds were in the bedroom. Also, the first floor had more noise from the restaurant kitchen (directly above) as well as the water flowing down through a set of pipes from the kitchen.
