Having been here a few times, the business has the potential to hit 5 stars but service is sometimes disjointed and to get a seat is sometimes difficult even with vacancies. Food and coffee/drinks are very nice and it is a lovely venue with beautiful foliage to accompany. Recommend.

Staff rushing customers when venue very empty, service was "sloppy", staff talking loudly amongst themselves about other customers and about a complaint over the phone about dirty toilets being stupid. Unfortunate as it is a lovely place and a comfortable setting to sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. Staff could pick up their game and the place would be fantastic.

I used to go here all the time when I was a Toowoomba local. It's a beautifully appointed little café/restaurant with great staff (good employer of young locals) and absolutely great food and beverages. Whether you get a seat inside or outside, you can still enjoy the views of the park and the 'nature' feeling that is a benefit of living in the semi-rural Toowoomba township.

Third visit to this place and the service has improved somewhat. I had Scrambled Eggs and Crispy Bacon. Boy oh boy was u happy with the Crispy factor! Most places serve warm ham which is unfortunate. It's a shame that our drinks got lost and food came out beforre them. Still sour about a waitress during a previous visit that was extremely rude and talked back a lot. Couldn't see her here this time so I guess she was let go, all the better.

Great atmosphere, comfortable and beautiful building. Menu extensive and food was great. Service was very friendly & helpful. Would definitely come back.
