We chose the hotel because it is pet friendly. We had a wonderful stay, all the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They explained the hotel protocols, shared the history of the building, and even suggested local attractions to explore. When I accidentally left a bag at reception, they called straight away, really appreciated that.nnThe hotel is pet-friendly, which was perfect for us. We brought Chester the Border Collie along, and he had the best time! There’s a lovely enclosed outdoor area where he could stretch his legs, and we were also close to Queens Park for longer walks.nnOur room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and close to the gym, which was handy. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped, we ate breakfast and a few takeaway dinners in the room, which was convenient after a big day out.nnToowoomba is beautiful in Winter, and this hotel made a great base for exploring it. Would definitely stay again.
Convenient location in town with a beautiful integration of the historical church and modern serviced apartments. The studio was comfortable and provided everything I needed for my short stay. I was surprised how cosy and comfortable my bed was. All amenities and cooking options catered for and delightful toiletries added to the experience. I appreciated the undercover secure carpark and convenient checkout options. Highly recommend.
We had a 1 night stay last week. We appreciated the quality of the linen, fluffy towels and how well the room was presented. The reception staff were very friendly & welcoming.
I wanted to personally thank Alana at front of house. Alana was friendly and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond for me and my little family. It was always lovely to come in and out to be greeted by such a lovely person. Thank you.
Had a poor experience, not only asked to pay $20 for parking even though the “limited” parking had available spots … just note the parking here is more expensive than parking for the day at the Brisbane exhibition centrennThe doona was stained and the internet did not work after several attempts.nnFinally I will reserve comment on customer service .
