The Burke and Wills Hotel is a very traditional high quality country hotel, I spent many nights there in the 1980's and 90's.nThe rooms are generously sized and furniture while it is a little dated, it is comfortable, especially the beds.nThe restaurant once again did not disappoint, the fillet steaks were served exactly as ordered and the chips were hot.nDeserts were also delicious.nThe staff at the hotel were professional, helpful and informative, which helped us organize our visit.nI will definitely book another visit to this hotel in the future, as I know they will care for my family and I very well.nThank you to all the staff.
Good clean new feel. The rooms were on the smaller side but very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a good sized shower. Fast hot hotter. Good aircon. Small bar fridge with plenty of supplies if needed. The amenities down stairs were great. The food in the restaurant was very good. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great central location to cafes restaurants and the shopping centre.
This isn’t a 4 star, this is a 5 star hotel! Beautiful rooms, great facilities and top notch staff and service. The Luxury King Spa Suite was incredible! Spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful ornate features. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
stayed here for the toowoomba dance eisteddfod- so good! Lynda was amazing; so friendly and genuine, felt like she was just happy to chat as we were checking in. she engaged with my sister, asked about her dance, was just so delightful to be around!nnthe room was amazing, huge bathroom and everything was beautiful and clean. i slept on a rollaway bed and even that was so comfortable! reasonable prices for the wine in the fridge.nnwe didn’t stay long - barely 12 hours - but even just that time had us talking about how good the stay was on the way home to brisbane. thank you lynda!
Pre theatre dinner. Great selection of meals, Phil the manager is a legend. Very welcoming and very friendly as are all the staff. For a hotel/pub right in the centre of town, the prices are very reasonable. Well worth a visit for lunch, dinner or just a drink with friends. Highly recommend it.
