The food and service is amazing, if you are looking for somewhere to eat quietly then this won’t be the place for you but if you don’t mind then go for it. There are rooms to hold special events like a wedding party or meetings etc but I haven’t stayed in one of the bedrooms yet. Overall, this is a good hotel and if you just want to go there to stop and eat then that’s fine.
Been here less than an hour. Worst experience I have ever had in All my years travelling. What hotel doesn’t have enough parking for their client!! Useless I’m parked on the street outside. I have to pay for outside parking. I parked On the street out side and staying for 4 days. Lift is broken and had to use service lift. Have to connect own streaming service to tv , didn’t work. The prices keep going up and the service keeps going down. The next 4 days are going to be a nightmare at the rate this is going.
The staff and room were awesome. Really impressed with the location, cleanliness and the friendly staff. Always wanting to accomodate you as best as possible. Great food in their restaurant down stairs also.nnUnfortunately I would suggest taking photos of your mini bar on arrival and exit as they will charge you for nothing taken. This is why I left only three stars.nnOverall though, highly recommended.
Had a great stay, we stayed in one of the King rooms and it spacious and comfortable. The big tv and recliners were a welcome bit of luxury, dinner from the restaurant was delicious and service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Brilliant Event location, great support and communication. Stunning and all inclusive. Made it very easy. Food was all around brilliant! Many compliments.
