Stayed here twice on my recent trip to Australia, and both times I was happy with the rooms.nnNot at all noisy, beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean.nnOn the second stay I took advantage of the breakfast buffet and found everything to be fresh. Sausages and bacon were not greasy and eggs were poached the way I like them.
Placed in the middle of town, great location. The rooms are well set out, newly fit out and clean, while the aesthetic is sympathetic to the age of the hotel. Service is exquisite.nnWe also had the buffet breakfast in the morning - a great option of well-prepared food. Again the service was great, and the level of monitoring and refreshing of the food by kitchen staff showed a level of care I haven't seen in some time.nnOverall, a wonderful experience, and the only place we will stay when returning to Toowoomba.
We've had not the best front of house customer service before, but this time around, lovely Lynda who helped us yesterday and today was an absolute pleasure to talk to. nThe breakfast crew girls were so helpful and friendly.nThanks for a wonderful stay.
Rarely do I find a hotel deserving of 5stars. This hotel is the exception. Every staff member, every department offered the same seamless service. Room offerings with coffee, tea, biscuits, mini bar was just right n more than expected.nFree parking as you'd expect and well managed. Thx.
Lovely hotel. Clean, well maintained with modern amenities and a vintage feel. Service was immaculate, from check in to check out, with polite staff showing a level of care in all aspects that made our stay very pleasant indeed.
