Staying in a 3 bedroom apartment for a work trip. Beautiful apartment, clean & really comfortable beds. Nice big balcony but the views are a little average. Restaurant is also pretty average but overall a nice place to stay.

Amazing staff. Super helpful and clean tidy rooms.

Only thing that stops me giving them 5 stars is the fact the cleaners dont empty the rubbish from the rooms.

Ridiculously small and uncomfortable “queen” bed. Spoke to reception thinking there must have been a mistake. Told beds were up dated 10 years ago and met the industry standard then :/  mattress was lumpy and unfortable. Husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch.

We always stay here when we stay in Toowoomba and it is reasonably priced for an inner city hotel but don't bother with the free breakfast.  It truly is terrible.  Pay the money and go out for breakfast.
