Beautiful property and grounds on the edge of the city centre. I received wonderful service given that I accidentally booked the wrong date through an online platform. The team at Vacy Hall were only too happy to fix my mistake! They went the extra mile and found space for me even though technically full. I couldn’t be more grateful. The cottage is lovely, comfortable and quiet, with all amenities and I even found gluten free and organic items in the cupboard, to my delight! Great for small group, or even one person as in my case.

A dream place. Magical. I love coming back to Vacy Ballot is my go to in Toowoomba. My daughter and I danced around the beautiful gardens and we felt like princesses in the four poster bed. I believe this life is short so stay in beautiful places...and soak up the atmosphere of history and days gone by.

Such a lovely building that has tried really hard and done really well paying homage to the original heritage of the building. Great service, great facilities, great staff... we loved it and would happily stay their again, any time.

Absolutely love visiting Vacy Hall. It’s our second visit and from the quiet bliss, the view of the wide verandas from the window seats, the comfortable bed I wish I never had to leave. Also the coffee is excellent. 5 stars. ⭐️

Very Olde Worlde. I loved it for its difference. We had a beautiful room with huge 4 poster bed etc. A nice ensuite. The check in staff were helpful and its a short walk into town
