Very old from the outside but my room had been renovated with new carpet etc recently. Staff were nice and friendly.

Close to town, setback from busy Ruthven Street, and comfy. Friendly atmosphere and top scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The location for Downs Motel Toowoomba you are surrounded by everything you need plus an excellent cafe the Inferno cafe at the southern and all other shopping needs you could require Minutes away from the centre point of the CBD so the location is excellent The service is fantastic start a friendly and welcoming The room that we save it was for an overnight stay and was clean colour scheme light in colour create spaciousness as the room was quite small but in saying that it contained all that was needed really for an overnight stay. The room layout was good and in terms of comfort the beds were comfortable we had an aircon and a large ceiling fan. Jug iron wardrobe fridge microwave TV ironing board There was Wi-Fi but both myself and my stepson found it to drop in and out frequently we both grew tired of this and went back to using our private phone providers Check in 2 o'clock check out 10 a.m. pretty stock-standard there and undercover car parking it cases storm as in hail storm but first in first served Apartments up top as well as below and price to reflect both I think the backyard were has some old rickety rackety chair's sit. That space could be really done up. For the all to use and enjoy instead I feel to be hidden behind the Gates
