Rooms very clean, but very strong smell of', that i can only presume of cleaning product. In your room price includes a breakfast. Which was really nice. People there not very friendly but ok.Rooms: 4/5

Great motel. We only stayed one night but found it very reasonably priced, super clean and quiet, considering the location. Comfortable bed, quiet air con, great shower. Highly recommended.

The room had a stench that I can’t describe. You could tell the room was sprayed with a can of air freshener but it couldn’t eradicate the smell. My son and I couldn’t stay so we found somewhere else to stay. Told the manager about the smell and just got a response of ‘oh’…..no apology or offer of reimbursement. Sorry, but cannot recommend.

Rooms were clean and tidy, reception was very welcoming. Facilities very good. Well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Complimentary continental breakfast all we needed to start the day. All in all, a very satisfying 2 night stay. I will certainly book there again!Rooms: 5/5

Cleanliness is a necessity and feeling comfortable with surroundings and both were evident. Very handy to aquatic centre, gardens and shopping so I would definitely stay again. I am a solo traveller but two people would find the rooms very accommodating.Rooms: 5/5

Rooms badly need an update and fixing. Overall a modernise would be desirable. Great location, tho.Rooms: 2/5

I think cos I had a rough day and was dirty from wirk and exhausted plus my credit card had been destroyed seemed to upset the manager, then being tired reversed into a parking spot that clearly said in writing as big as this no reverse parking. Sorry guys. Rooms: Good for a family but basic for the price,

I really loved having our own washerand dryer! And they gave me a late checkout which also rocked! The cleaners were lovely. The man behind the desk is a bit gruff. Could be friendlier. The lady behind the desk was nice though. The rooms are always really clean and warm and cosy! Love love!Rooms: 5/5
