Janelle is very rude lady! Called in today just to check about availability of the product and that lady does not know how to talk on phone. May be store management need to skill their team with better customer experience. Talking nicely wouldn’t hurt anybody.

Have spent two weeks dealing with Jack from your Hoppers Crossing store to order 6 wishbone back chairs. Was told I’d receive follow up phone calls…none received. Today I called the store myself to be told there have never been chairs available and no idea why I was told otherwise….how is that customer service!?!?

GREAT customer service. I was in this store a few weeks ago and a lovely lady by the name of Janelle served me. She was so accommodating to the fact I wanted to match to color samples of my walls, carpet and meet measurements of my building plans. Janelle you did not budge from my side even with other possible sales nearby you and I walked away purchasing a lounge that will be beautiful in my new home. Today I returned and purchased a second couch to sit in the same area and because I was unsure if mixing the Pelle?? leather with the Cameo Sussex would work you took the cushion of the Sussex and brought it all the way to the back of the room to show me the choice I had made would work really well. Thank you! I am so grateful for your amazing one on one service and am now really excited to finish my build and put these signature pieces in it. This was some of the best customer service I have seen and had in a long time. I look forward to more purchases with your store and particularly with you in the future if my needs arise again. Very satisfied client right here :
Sheree and Meryl were outstanding with their customer service, spent time with us, provided me with excellent advice and I was extremely satisfied with their overall customer service. Will be coming back to buy all my furniture for them, well done and keep up the good work girls!
We bought our furniture from them about 5 years ago. Took way longer than promised to arrive. Roughly 6 months. When it did, several items were not up to scratch and had to be replaced. About 4 years in the bonded leather of our dining chairs started to peel. A year later they look like the pics shown. The couch was replaced under warranty but the same problem with the cushions completely giving way has started on the new one and of course no warranty anymore. The finish on the wood was also substandard meaning that when polishing one piece of furniture sizeable chucks of wood split off on 2 occasions. Again see pics. We bought pretty expensive stuff from them and expected a lot more but the quality simply was not there.
Went into The Hoppers crossing store today And was Extremely Disappointed in there Customer Service skills..! The Retailer with dark Hair in particular was so Rude Not Helpful instead of helping a customer she asked another Retailer to Deal with it..! Lack of Service was appalling ! Teach your staff to smile n be Helpful to us customers whom are Keeping you in a Job..!
Meral was great to deal with! She kept us updated on the arrival of our order and was transparent during the whole process. Would 100% order in store with her again!
I went into oz design to purchase new dining table, and sofa. Wow I was pleasantly surprised by the staff member Meral, her knowledge about the products was amazing. She helped us co ordinated colours and styles and spent time with us listening to what we needed. A big thank you to Meral and all the staff,we found them warm and friendly.
