Got one of their office chairs. Pretty inexpensive for the quality and comfort you get. Staff at the store is helpful and nice, call service is also very nice. Although my order was late by a week (someone at their warehouse in Sydney forgot to do some inspection) and it arrived with incorrect gas cylinder, all the issues were quickly resolved by their in-store staff. Now that the chair is assembled it certainly pays for the worries. And 5 year warranty is not too shabby!

Highly recommend using JasonL. I recently called and placed an urgent order and received the goods next day!!! Awesome service and experience! Big shout out to Maddison who was amazing to deal with and ensured our delivery was a priority :) Very happy customer
