I started going to one health about a month ago and I have to admit, I am very happy that I did. The clinic came highly recommended from my boss and I decided to give them a try. I have been there twice to get my right elbow's injury checked and both times the doctors were very friendly, gave me as much time as I needed and explained every single thing I asked.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Very short wait time (probably just lucky) -all in all very good local emergency clinic.

Doctors are always running late. Appointments are short and blunt. Recently they introduced late and no show fees of $30 if an appointment is not cancelled within 4 hours.

Possibly the worst experience at a doctors. The nurse and receptionist have absolutely no customer service, no simple hello, how r you ect. We saw the receptionist and was told to hang on a min with no eye contact. So we waited. Then proceed to fill out paper work and saw a nurse. The nurse was not child friendly as my son didn't not want to be touched by her and that is saying something as my boy is very very socialable to all ages. I felt like she was to forceful and didn't make my boy or us comfortable. She was abit rough with measuring temperature, pulling on his hand. (keep in my mind our son is sick and is under 2 years old). On the other hand the doctor was amazing. He was very friendly, formative and thorough with the check up. our son happliy let him take tempature, even gave the doctor a smile. On the way out the receptionist was rude yet again, my partner paid $55 and was asked if he wanted the receipt, he politely declined and was told to take the receipt..which we proceeded to walk away, the nurse gave him the rudest look, so I gave her one back and we walked out. Do not recommend the nurse or receptionist. They need to revaluate the people that represent a company that has a focus of gaining rapport with family of all ages.
