Mount Eden 575 Doctors

Dr Mimi was fantastic, but we have been moved to Dr Rutherford. She gets a one star on service and care and we will be moving practices. They are always running way behind on appointment times as well. Such a shame.

My daughter has a needle phobia. When she became eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, we knew it was going to be a challenge. Yesterday, we successfully got through dose 1 and it wouldn't have been possible without 575 Doctors! This practice is the kindest, most caring, most understanding office I've ever been to. They were so accommodating of my child's fear, and never once tried to force or coerce the shot. They helped her with fidget spinners and ice packs and letting her sit for over an hour to prepare. They waited for my daughter to say "I'm ready" and it was the proudest mom moment. When we left, my daughter turned to me and said, "You should write them a really good review." She was right. Thank you 575 Doctors. Truly, from the bottom of my heart.

Wonderful practice with great doctors. I've brought the whole family here after my first visit about 6 years ago. We've even been in random conversations with acquaintances and in the midst of a mutual rave about our doctors found out they were the same practice! Aside from competent doctors they even go the extra mile and contact us on occasion to check in if they have any concerns about anything. If I had any complaints it's that they're not always running on time but that's typical for most Doctors and a sign that they're not rushing you through!

Best and most friendly, understanding group of people you could ask for. From receptionist Kate to their docs. I had moved to south aucks from Central and couldn't get in anywhere within 2-3 weeks via appointment, thats not including registering or enrolling with a practice which would have taken another 2-3 weeks to confirm. One ph call back to 575 Dr's and I get a ph call consultation within 3 days.

Absolutely love this clinic! Dr. Sue Kirk is so thorough, experienced, caring and supportive. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. 100% Recomended.

I really like this place. They are easy to get in to see and have been helpful making sure I get the care I am looking for.

Service was fine, but dang this place is expensive. If you’re looking for an affordable GP, this place ain’t it. If you don’t care about the price, then I would recommend the doctors here.
