Chand Dr Sulochana

Ive been with Dr Chand for 17 years and found her to be a very knowledgeable Dr if she "didn't know her stuff" she would not be still practicing. She is highly regarded within the LGBT communities, I love the receptionist shes great, thank you Dr Chand :) I think people are confusing Dr Chand with Dr Wong 3 doors down, their receptionist is grumpy.

I have a migraine and I'm advised to get sunlight for vitamin D, which is terrible. Her advise has been worsening my condition.

First off, the older receptionist lady was rude and hung up on me. There were so many problems with this doctor. 1. I went to see her on Thursday, she told me return for a check-up on Monday. 2. On Monday, she exclaimed, "I only saw you on Friday, why are you back?" I'm guessing check-ups are a way to make more money? 3. The receptionist charged me FULL PRICE for the check-up visit when all the doc did was check my breathing. The visit lasted less than 5 mins. 4. I asked for a 3-month prescription for antihistamines, which I have had my whole life. She gave me 1 months worth. Obviously doesn't listen. When I asked her about it, she prescribed another measly 2 months. 5. When I went to fill out the prescription, the doctor had written in the WRONG code, so I couldn't get it subsidised and would cost me 3 times as much for 1-month's worth of hayfever tablets. I ended up throwing away the prescription. After all these mishaps, I can safely say I've changed my GP to a much better one. Someone who knows how to spell "coeliac" and a doctor who actually listens and doesn't just want to make money off check-up visits.

Bad experience, she is all about money, no medical knowledge, cheap, but you get what you pay for! She can treat only very simple and basic health problems,.. like flu. I have changed to another GP, much more professional.

First time going here. Doc was lovely.. receptionist was horrible no sence to when i was going to get my prescription. Still waiting!!
