I'm very pleased I went to see the doctor here out of hours last Saturday. I had to wait but that's what I expected given it was the weekend. When it came for my turn to see the doctor I wasn't rushed and they were very thorough. It meant I was able to get medication sooner (rather than being in further discomfort until Monday). The receptionist even shared with me a way to get my results online, which was very helpful. The doctor has since followed up with me and taken the time to explain my results. I would like to thank all the staff at White Cross.

Had no issues. Arrived at around 1845 and were out in an hour. Very professional. Was from the US so had to pay upfront. Around $145. About the same as a doc in the box in the US

Absolutely the worst attitude possible. Patronising and barely competent doctor, belligerent nursing staff. Expect a very long wait as whole approach is casual and condescending. Very efficient at charging the fees however.

It was misdiagnosis. It wasn't able to book, only walk in the clinic. It was very crowded. I had to wait for long time over 2 hours even though I've got a cold. really terrible. After shady medical examination, the docter prescribed a medicine that have a no connection with my disease. some staffs were rude. never go again. I went to see other clinic, I got well.

Receptionist complacent at best, desultory at worst. Professional nurse, young doctor had a misplaced air of superiority that did not go down well with a patient in obvious pain. He needs to brush up on some people skills: necessary I would have thought. Use Ascot clinic in Greenlane instead.
