Dr Jenson is full of knowledge , researched and hard work he did in phrmacology and psychiatry Dr. Jane Casy a kind women with knowledge and experties. My Regards to these people for helping Kiwis.

Mental health is a subjective issue so I'd your mileage may vary. My experience with Dr Rob has been very pleasant, he's understanding and listens well.

Absolute waste of time and money, i don’t even care about the actual money just the fact that u think you paying the big money to get the best and after months of treatment realise you actually scarred your severely depressed young adult child even more with the absolute lack of interest and care all round in that practice. Just really sad and very sure at some stage this would have been one of the top Drs out there. You’ve dropped the ball guys get back to the drawing board cause when u fail you it’s serious. You are literally playing with peoples lives here

Selfish and abusive staff, they will pretend to care until times up and you pay the check. Never recommend to anyone who actually wants psychological help, 'Dr.' Rob Shieff and his stooges will make you more suicidal so you will make a second appointment!

Care from Dr Karl Jansen has been life changing. Well worth the costs

Lovely staff, and Rob is a great Psych, he will work closely to tailor make a plan that works for you.

Dr Shief is a cockwomble. Give a wide berth.
