They don't mind at all, leaving you wait for 10 minutes but if you are 5 minutes late they just refuse to take you in, even due to unforeseen circumstances and for an important scan. Their lack of empathy was shocking without even trying to understand their patient. There are plenty of other places you should consider to go.

I believe that this is one of the nicer, more spacious facilities that central Auckland has to offer. There is a really big waiting room and a lot of staff. Having said that for its facilities, the services here are not exceptional in comparison to the other Auckland Radiology Centres, and I can say that I have visited a lot of them. I know that for people getting their quick x-rays my review won't affect their experience as I'm sure they're more than competent to do that without you suffering the same experience as I had, but if you are looking to get an ultrasound for a baby or any scan that you want to feel relaxed and comforted about - this is not the place to go. The sonographer was rushed despite having no bookings prior to us, did not want to engage in conversation, had a long face, avoided any eye contact, did not offer any video clips or images - as is standard practice for the $100 that you pay as a surcharge for this service on top of the government reimbursement they receive - until I politely requested it. The contact you have from the reception is much the same with a clip-board push at the entrance accompanied by a minimalistic two sentence exchange "Have you been here before? Please take a seat". I have managed several businesses with over 150 people in my care, and there was not a hint of reassurance, professionalism, nor the genuine friendly service that I expect of medical practices - which I received from the North Shore, CBD or any other branches that I found in Auckland. Some serious staff training and restructing is in need here.

Reminded me of a booking I forgot about, then I was late. But they still managed to fit me in, lovely people.
