A bit more expensive than most GP's but you get what you pay for. Excellent, knowledgeable and thorough service. Best GP's I have used anywhere.

Went in person to get an immigration medical because the phone was unanswered for several days. Got told to enroll online although we were there in person with all the info needed! Quoted $395. Went elsewhere, got immediate service and price was $250! Poor service and overpriced.

This is a really good clinic, the attendants where you first come in are really nice and helpful, always smiling and full of patience. I was in a consult with Dr Lisa Searle, and I can tell that she is one of the best doctors that I've seen in a while. The problem here and why this place is not getting a 5 star rating is the lab. The two attendants that they have there are not patience, seem unhappy with they're job and are quite rude. One was upset that I was not getting all the blood tests, because one test was super expensive and since I'm not a resident it was out of my wallet . The other one was even worse and got super mad at me because my name was misspelled and that I should've fixed that, but I only realized after taking the blood tests and checking the writing on the tube. This was really unfortunate, the rest of the clinic seemed perfect.

I have been a customer here for a few years and think the price is excellent for central city once enrolled . While always a bit hectic in the waiting area as it is a walk in clinic and emergency site, I have always received great service from both nurses and doctors. Very helpful for travel medication and general check ups, they don't waste your time. The pharmacy next door is also amazing they are so knowledgeable.

Impossible to get hold of. Reception literally never answer calls or call back.
