The doctors Quaymed Britomart

I have found the doctors, nurses and reception staff all very professional and friendly where appropriate. Recently I had a small operation to remove a lump on my arm and Dr Patel who performed the procedure did a perfect job. The follow up care was excellent. Thank you Quay Med.

Visited here as a casual patient on two occasions. The first was a pleasing experience, the doctor (Dr. Karen Napier) truly went above and beyond. However, on my most recent visit, the person I saw (name withheld on public forum) was rather spiteful and rude. In addition to being an incompetent listener, their inability to let the patient finish sentences was heinous. Instead, their copious abilities in talking over the patient were staggering beyond belief. One would hope they were just having a bad day; the nurses and receptionists were all to their credit, wonderful.

Visited this practice as a non resident while on holidays. Friendly and professional doctor. Appreciated the pharmacy on the premises.

Terrible place, uneducated and unhelpful doctors. They make you come back to pay more money even though you could have done it in one visit. This one nurse was exceptionally rude, they don't care for they patients and don't come after their duty of care. Cheaper than other places but so not worth it.
