We had such a great stay at this hotel. It’s very modern, beautifully designed, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. We booked two rooms, one for us and one for the kids, which made the stay so easy and relaxed. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was excellent and fully equipped. The size of everything was just right, nothing felt cramped. The view over the town was absolutely stunning, especially from the pool area. The pool was warm, clean, and honestly the view from there was amazing. Overall, everything about our stay was fantastic, we’d definitely come back.
Great location - right in town and close to all restaurants and grocers.nLoved the infinity pool here - amazing views of the town.nRoom had everything we needed and replenishments were not an issue. Couch was not comfortable.nStaff were amazingly helpful and very friendly. We unfortunately dropped our keys down the elevator shaft and they were able to call someone in immediately to retrieve them for us.nWould recommend and stay again.
Unfortunately the worst beds I have slept on in a hotel. The gap between the two beds put together to create the one king size bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Those working there did their best to assist but the beds are a bloody disaster and the issue wasn't fixed. I couldn't lay in the centre of the bed at any stage due to the separation of the smaller mattresses. I have never had it as bad as it was here. On top of this, the beds are rock hard and have zero comfort about them as well.nnI did have some other complaints as well with cockroaches in my room and my bed being made poorly with pillows left on the ground as well. Disappointed overall to say the least. Won't be coming back here.
Had an enjoyable stay. Apartments are very large and modern. Service was good. We were provided early check in as well as late check out so that was nice. Good location. Only minor nit picky complaints regarding the kitchen. No toaster ended up using the oven on grill, no oven trays and no hand soap in the kitchen so had to keep going into the bathrooms to get hand soap to wash our hands.
Excellent place to stay with easy access to The Strand, food and beverages in Palmer Street or Queensland Country Stadium for an NRL or SOO match. Clean spacious rooms with excellent facilities and polite professional customer service.
