No advance notice even after we'd paid but the lifts were not working as they needed to be serviced. Spoke to one of the lift technicians and they'd been booked in weeks in advance so don't let the Operators gaslight you into believing it was an urgent fix. They're happy to take your money without even giving you advance notice.nnHad to carry a baby, prams etc up three floors. And a bonus piece of information. They had a note up saying the lifts were out of service 10am-2pm. They were still out of service at 7pm.nnEdit: And now their reponse below confirms they knew about the service but hid this information so people would still book rooms. Disgusting behaviour.
We just got home after a two week stay in the two bedroom apartment!! Cannot recommend this place enough!! Very spacious apartment with plenty of room with a 3 year old!! From the reception to the cleaners best service ever thank you so much for making our stay easy and enjoyable .
Rooms are as advertised however small. No pool towels providednNo options to get any fresh towelsnNo microwave either which is annoyingnHolding deposit and terms and conditions not disclosed untill after booking, spent 24 hrs plus chasing details of late check in while travelling with no reception made things a bit stressful.nDoors all open and close loudly so having rude disrespectful neighbours made for a sleepless night.nLocation is pretty good though.nOverall ok value for money and very secure premises.
Excellent facility in a great location. We were very happy with our stay we stayed in a three bedroom apartment and it was more than enough room for a family of five. We will definitely be booking here again
We recently booked and stayed for 4nights only to have our booking for a room changed on arrival. The next morning went and seen management and they rectified the problem and apologised for the qeekend staff mistake. Although i was promised a room on the 7th floor with a balcony ,i ended up with a room on the 4th floor with a balcony but NO view except a view of industrial area. The smell of bleach upon entering the room was over powering and the room should have been aired out prior,also noticed mold inside shower .nWhen booking note that you may get your room changed and not get what you paid fornThe stay was nice but. Wouldnt stay there again as i never got what i paid for.
