We recently worked with Hotel Grand Chancellor for a large group booking for an event we had in Townsville. The service was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to help make our stay as easy as possible. Great location and well looked after facilities. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you. We will definitely be bringing our business back again in the future.

We had a lovely over-night stay on Saturday the 31st January, staff were extremely helpful, we checked in at 11.00 am and our room was ready.nFridge was ultra small, no freezer, but it was no problem to ask for ice and it was delivered to our room.nBreakfast in the morning was delicious, and I  used my welcome drink on a barista cappuccino.

A very nice hotel. Not upmarket or posh, yet far from having bugs eating holes in your bed sheets either. Staff were super friendly and the location was great.

The Sugar Shaker- had a function here, stayed the night in a 1 Bedroom Room with a bed set up in the main area for a 3rd person. Function meal was good, service was good, bed and pillows were comfy and room airport conditioning rather good and kept the room quite comfortable.nBuffet breakfast was smashing too.

We’ve spent 2 nights during our road trip at the Grand Chancellor Hotel in Townsville and we are very happy we booked our stay with them, we had a lovely time there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is very diverse and tasty, but what made our stay even more special are the amazing people who work there. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, a huge thank you to Nadia and Jason for making our short trip to Townsville so sweet and memorable. :
