The views are why I booked. But the windows were so dirty and no furniture on patios. nThe carpet is also super old in the rooms and feels and smells dirty.nUpgraded bathrooms and full size products are nice but don't expect any upgrades in the coffee area. Very basic.nMy 1 year old stayed with us this time and busted her toe on the lip of the tile from bedroom into bathroom. Why can't this be flush? It's not easily visible at all. If it wasn't her, it would have been me.nAlso I have a disability and walking is difficult but parking is around the back and next door and $15 per night. No valet. No on site parking.nYou'd figure for nearly 250 per night, better amenities.nUnfortunately we won't stay here again because of the cons listed.

Neat, clean, larger rooms. Great views I was on level 10 overlooking river. Staff are friendly and reception is 24hrs. Room service and on-site restaurant available. Large bed, great shower, would recommend it.

Quite expensive to stay.nNO microwave or cutlery so you have to eat out or at their restaurant/room service.nPool was out of service and was never refunded any money back for not been able to use the facility.nAircon wasn't working properly and we were there in the middle of summer.nBed was comfortable but that was about the only positive about the hotel.nnOverall not impressed with the stay.

Old place, high price, not swimming pool as in the pictures, the lift doesn’t work properly, the bathroom fan makes noise all the time. Plus, I found a cockroach in the bed. Good receptionist. I would recommend to book next door which is half price and same facilities or somewhere in the Strand as this location is completely dead.

This was my last minute booking without checking the reviews.  Th reception staff was great and helpful. But the rooms were stinging,  not cleaned properly. Previous guests used water bottles and other waste materials were there in the room. The shape of the building is weird,  can make you claustrophobic
