The best car servicing and best repair in Sydney. My car has never run better and it is a 1999 Toyota Corolla. The best car service I have ever had and the best repair and they use geniune Toyota parts. My car feels safe and sturdy. The best service I have ever experienced. From dropping off my car to car Hire and picking up my vehicle on completion of repairs!! I was so surprised that my car looked better than when I bought it!! The repair team did an AMAZING job on the wheels , panels and was given a nice clean car!! The lovely Layla was so helpful, patient and very professional. She made my experience absolutely fabulous, couldn’t be happier!!  Courteous staff on the front desk , I was well informed when my car would be ready. Layla arranged for the best ever Hire Car! So amazing I didn’t want to part with it!! Layla made sure the child seat was re-fitted professionally, and was shown how to readjust the straps! All I can say is this is the best experience and best MOTORSERVE in Sydney….. thanks to LAYLA!! You deserve the recognition for all the hard work, kindness and guidance you have given me from start to finish. Fabulous staff!! The MANAGER should be proud of his staff!! No doubt that they do best servicing in around Parramatta, but I’m really impressed with their additional free services like car wash, pink slip, tyre pressure check and all. The staff is very nice to talk too :

I would NOT recommend this place for a car service. Firstly they made us wait much longer than advised without communicating what was happening. Then they didn't put the battery in the car properly & we had to get it fixed from genuine dealer, costing us more money. When we contacted the manager, she was incredibly rude & unhelpful! I regret my experience with Moto serve North Parramatta. There was no clear communication and we were told to come back twice because the mechanics were not available after 3 PM and no one told us. The other issue is I paid for the log book service and the car washing and vacuum was included but the reception told we don't do that. If that's the case then remove that from your offerings on the website. All in all pricey and complicated service.  I am not sure why you couldn't find the details or is this standard response to all the negative reviews. Why don't you call after finding my details from the database for further discussion?

Initially I felt it was good friendly staff etc. but later realised when I started following up with the damage they did as part of repairing my car. They don’t answer the calls and no response. I went personally their response will fix it and call you but no response. Typically they don’t care. I am with NRMA and never had this kind of issue before. Additionally NRMA is also not proactively flowing up and I have to continuously checking with them. Worst experience better I won’t stay with NRMA. I have contacted the insurer NRMA but they still chasing you guys. I have visited your store yesterday personally and I was promised that today I will get a call and will advise on the further details but no call till now.

Took my car in for servicing last year. Whichever mechanic they took it to completely missed a bent exhaust pipe and scratched my car. When I returned it to Motorserve, they blamed it on potentially rocky pathways, rendering it "not their fault", and despite the missed bent exhaust pipe, insisted that I go back to the same mechanic to give them a "second chance". They would not let me go any where else despite multiple refusals. Thanks, Anthony.

Customer service experience was excellent. All my inquiries were well handled.

This place is my bad dream.  I would not go back again.  They took Two months to fix my car, but they made more worse.  My car had damges at front and back.  I send my car on 28/03, They call me pick up on 11/04.  The parts had scratch and missing.  The windows and system on my screen was fine.  So they repair my car again. I picked up my car on26/04.  The windows were not works. The screen ask me go change my filter and eletronic had error.  I told manager I checked my car was all fine at last time. He showed me the windows report from 14/04. but My car was fine on 11/04.  He ask me spend money to fix them and need to do extra car servce. I went to other mechanic.  The windows and control panel was disconnect.  Now I still need to see car dealer to fix filter and electronic problem.  I hope let everyone know don't go this place.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance
