two months following a service at Grace mechanic, my car broke down on a highway, I was told that a thorough service could prevent this accident. The owner, William, haven't contacted me with an explanation. If you want to alive, stay away from Grace mechanic.

Very happy with the service, I needed the car done same day and although they didn't have slots available, still managed to squeeze me in. Main thing you'll be reasonably priced and nobody will attempt to rip you off as elsewhere. Highly recommended! Very good for German Cars although it's not called German Experts where they charge more than Audi Garage 😂

Had a semi rounded and tight sump plug. Was told they would get it off for a service. Oil was black and thick and sump plug still stuck. We paid for a service but didnt get one. After hanging up on me when questioning this my calls went unanswered. Eventually spoke to the son who was nice but advised me his dad was out of the workshop and couldn't talk to me. I could hear William (dad) in the background giving instructions to the son. In the end it came down to being my fault for taking car to another mechanic for the service i didn't get. Guess what.. mechanic couldn't get sump plug out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MECHANIC

Returning customer for years. Always friendly and professional. Gets job done in reasonable price. Strongly recommend.
